As a General Affairs Officer you will offer support in tasks related to Accounting, HR, and Compliance. The role includes, but is not limited to:
Office Administration Related Tasks:
- Office maintenance, facility and contract management
- Office supply and fixed assets management
- In charge of communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Overview of invoices and expenses
- Managing and updating company information (website, presentation materials)
- Contract documentation management (including legal contracts)
- Support to IT Manager
Human Resources Related Task:
- Personnel data management (such as payment and record of salary, tax, social security and insurance)
- Expats documents assistance
Compliance / Governance Related Task:
- Company regulations update and management
- Monitor change of Dutch/EU laws /regulations
- Maintain GDPR compliance and other Dutch/EU rules
- Audit Support (Coordination, Document preparation)
