As Sales Support you will assist the sales team and the manager with tasks related to the Middle East and Africa region. The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Assisting with the sales process as required by taking orders from distributors in the Middle East and Africa, and arranging shipments with the Japanese delivery team
- Offering support for developing client relationships
- In charge of communication via telephone, email and post inquiries, and liaison with relevant staff members
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and team members
- Attending appointments with customers, interviewing users from the distribution channels, visiting retail stores, attending business-related events
